Born & Raised in the Black Hills, Angelica has seen Rapid City and it’s surrounding areas evolve and flourish. She played a vital role in the growth of downtown Rapid City as the owner and operator of Shangri-La, a women’s clothing boutique. After 8 years of successfully running this business, Angelica decided it was time to move onto the next chapter. Angelica’s attention to detail, loyalty to her clientele, and pursuit of excellence laid the foundation for her next endeavor.
Angelica and her husband TJ have always been a team. Raising 5 children together while both running successful businesses has been a balancing act that takes organization, multitasking, an impressive work ethic, patience… annnd more patience. After Angelica closed the doors of the Shangri-La, she and TJ decided to take their teamwork to the next level and work together when they opened up their own Real Estate Firm, Black Hills Realty. Angelica found that her detail-oriented nature and love for design transferred seamlessly into Real Estate. When she & TJ started several projects (flips, developments, building, consulting, etc.) it became very clear that Angelica had a knack for Real Estate.
Angelica & TJ have made the Black Hills their forever home, which is an amazing place to raise a family. Through the experience of raising their own family here, Angelica has gained invaluable knowledge of Rapid City that helps her better serve her clients, such as, school districts, neighborhoods, shopping and amenities to make it easy to guide others when finding their homes. This is more than business, Angelica makes it personal. She will always go the extra mile to make sure the role she plays in your home buying experience is nothing less than exceptional.

Having been born and raised in Piedmont, South Dakota by two self-employed parents, Suzette learned early on what it takes to run a business and how to establish good customer relationships. At age 14 she began as a sales associate for their store, Alex Johnson Mercantile. Upon high school graduation Suzette attended and received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing in 2002 from the University of Montana-Missoula.
After college she moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to pursue a career in banking. However, she left banking and Minnesota behind to raise her two incredible children in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Her love for Rapid City and the surrounding area provided her the opportunity to promote “home” as a tourist destination all over the nation and that enthusiasm landed her smack dab in the middle of Downtown Rapid City where she helped coordinate the Downtown Association.
Her passion and love for the community is what thrills her with her venture in Real Estate. Selling houses is something Suzette has always dreamed of doing and now life has allowed her to pursue her passion of helping people find a little piece of the Black Hills to call home.
In 2017, Suzette was top producer of Black Hills Realty for 5 months. She was featured on HGTV's House Hunters too. Last year was a record year for Suzette, she obtained the top number of closings in 2018 for Black Hills Realty. She was top producer in January, March, May, October, November and December. She looks forward to continuing her success with you.
Jill was born and raised a South Dakota farm girl, where she learned to work hard and be true to her word. Her determination served her well throughout college and her early working career in banking, marketing and event planning. When her two boys were born, she had the luxury of staying home with them for seven years. Those years of being a stay-at-home Mom provided valuable experience in customer relations and negotiations, especially during the toddler and now teenage years.
Jill has worked in Real Estate for almost a decade, starting as the Office Manager at a local firm, then as the Licensed Assistant to the Owner/Broker and since 2017, as Broker Associate here at Black Hills Realty. She enjoys working with her clients to buy and sell real estate all over western South Dakota, and has gained valuable experience with selling all types of properties, including luxury, family, land, ranch and commercial properties. Jill is a fierce advocate for her clients, always having their best interests in mind. She earned the Top Sales Volume award in 2018 and has been the monthly Top Producer several times.
Jill, her husband Terry, and their two boys moved to Rapid City in 2008 to be closer to their extended family. She is active at her children's school and activities, their church and other community organizations. They love calling Rapid City home, and it is her privilege to help her clients buy and sell their own piece of heaven in the Black Hills.

A South Dakota native, Brittni grew up in Vermillion, South Dakota and is no stranger to small towns and the importance of local businesses and strong business connections. Brittni graduated from Vermillion High School and made her permanent residence in the Black Hills in 2015. Brittni married her husband, Marshall, in 2018. Brittni has a daughter and a stepson. Brittni's immediate family still resides East River, but she is no stranger to the Black Hills as her extended family spans from East River, through the Badlands, and into the Black Hills.
Brittni's legal background, dedication to her clients, and importance of hard work to gain success, makes her a force to be reckoned with in the Real Estate community. Brittni is determined to give each and every one of her clients the time, dedication, knowledge, and commitment that they deserve.
